    After helping several friends through career changes and successful job searches, I found a true passion for helping people manifest their personal and career goals (and not in the ‘say it three times in front of a mirror and it will come true’ kind of way).

    This spurred me to launch a side hustle that blossomed into NextMove, where I set the strategic direction to empower those looking for a helping hand. Or I can just be a sounding board for both ideas and challenges :).

    I firmly believe no one achieves anything great in life without help from others. Careers in particular are impacted by influence and guidance from those who have been down roads we have not yet traveled.

    Helping other people in their career journey became important to me after experiencing just how hard it is to find the right role in my early twenties. The guidance and support offered by my friends, family and mentors was instrumental to getting to where I am today. I hope to do that and more for others seeking guidance in their career journey. Whether it's setting goals, giving context, connecting with references or just having someone to talk to about your current challenges, I would love to help.
